Rusty Clark joined Midwest Independent BankersBank (MIB) as a Safekeeping Specialist in September, 2009.
Clark moved to the loan department in 2011 as a Credit Analyst and promoted to AVP/Loan Officer in 2019. In April 2022, the Board of Directors approved his promotion to Vice President. Duties include managing his loan portfolio, the analysis of new commercial and bank stock loans, maintaining the bank’s ACL model and narrative, performing ongoing loan portfolio stress testing, and most recently, has been appointed as the officer handling MIB’s leasing product.
Clark earned his bachelor’s degree in 2009 from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma, with majors in accounting and finance. Clark has completed the Missouri Bankers Association School of Lending and School of Bank Management. He is a 2022 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, Colorado.
