MIB’s lease documentation product helps community banks offer leasing services to their municipal and commercial customers.  Public sector clients include fire, sewer, and school districts, along with other municipal entities.  Lease purchases are a great way for municipal clients to fund longer-term purchases and projects without the need for a costly bond issue.   Nearly any type of equipment or project can be funded with a lease purchase.  This ranges from fire trucks and ambulances to lighting and road resurfacing.

Commercial leases are also an option our respondent banks can offer with MIB’s documentation.  Equipment leases for commercial customers can cover acquisitions for a number of industries including agricultural, medical/dental and transportation.
