Randy Schenewerk, Assistant Vice President/Loan Review Officer, began employment with MIB Banc Services, LLC in September 2024.  Currently, he assists community banks with Loan Reviews.

Randy has over six years of experience in loan review, joining us from FCS Financial, where he held the title of Internal Auditor and Credit Reviewer. Prior experiences also include 12.5 years as an associate controller/director of the accounting and business office in higher education, as well as over five years of experience of accounting and auditing for state and local governments.

Randy earned his associate’s degree in accounting from State Technical College of Missouri in Linn, Missouri. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with an accounting emphasis from Columbia College in Columbia Missouri, where he graduated cum laude. He received a master’s degree in business administration with dual emphasis in accounting and human resources from William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri.
