LUANNE YARNELL
ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT/INTERNAL AUDITOR

Luanne Yarnell, Assistant Vice President/Internal Auditor, began employment with Midwest Independent Bancshares, Inc. (MIB, Inc.) in May 2023. She is responsible for conducting internal audits for Midwest Independent BankersBank (MIB) and subsidiaries.
Luanne performed audits, reviews, and compliance for nonprofit organizations, businesses, and government entities for a CPA firm for five years. Prior to that she worked as a tax auditor for the Missouri Department of Revenue.
Luanne earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree with an emphasis in accounting and her master’s degree of Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri.
Luanne holds a Certified Public Accountant license.
