Joseph (Joe) Kollmeyer, Executive Vice President/Chief Lending Officer, joined Midwest Independent BankersBank (MIB) as Vice President/Loan Officer in August 2009.

Kollmeyer was promoted to Senior Vice President/Senior Loan Officer in September 2015 and became Executive Vice President/Chief Lending Officer in April 2021. He chairs the Executive Loan Committee and Senior Loan Committees of the bank, as well as the Borrowing Lines Committee. He is responsible for managing the bank’s loan department.

Kollmeyer started his career in 1999 with Central Bancompany, Inc., in Jefferson City, Missouri, as an internal auditor. He later worked as a senior loan review analyst before joining Third National Bank in 2004 as a Vice President, commercial loan officer.

Kollmeyer earned his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness Management with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. He currently serves as a board member for the Missouri Independent Bankers Association and is involved with several community organizations.
