Holly House joined Midwest Independent BankersBank (MIB) in October 2008 as a Compliance Auditor for MIB Banc Services, LLC (MIBBS).

Holly has held various positions while employed with MIB and currently serves as President of MIB Banc Services, LLC. MIB Banc Services, LLC is an audit subsidiary of the Holding Company.

Holly has 26 years of banking experience and is responsible for managing and assisting MIB Banc Services, LLC staff with external audits.

Holly earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri.

In 2007, Holly became an ICBA Certified Community Bank Internal Auditor, and in 2016 she became an ICBA Certified BSA/AML Professional. House graduated from Missouri Bankers Association School of Bank Management in 2016.  She currently serves on the MBA Board of Trustees for Banking Education.
