Cindy Krieger, Administrative Officer/Board Secretary, started with Midwest Independent BankersBank (MIB) in 2014 as Administrative Assistant to the Human Resources and Administration Departments. Krieger is responsible for the coordination of special non-recurring and ongoing projects, which include the annual strategic planning process and management of the bank’s endorsed vendor relationships.
She is responsible for maintaining company stock records and currently serves as the Board Secretary. Krieger also acts as liaison between the President and department managers for the development and delivery of comprehensive communications strategies and plans, in support of the bank’s goals.
She was promoted to Administrative Officer/Board Secretary in 2022 and was put in charge of the Administration Department.
